I find it rather distrubing as a member of the public that you should use words associated with Jesus and Holy with violent words such as rampage and army. I see your cult moving on to dangerious ground both in speach and actions of late.

  2. Not a particularly snappy caption there, anon...

(We like to be upfront about our Christian identity - not anonymous - and I can't really see what is wrong with a joyful demonstration of Jesus on the streets, especially as the same streets were filled with Santas, Rudolphs, lit up fir trees, fairground rides, and the the ubiquitous golden arches. Or have we really become a nation where materialism is the only acceptable public display?..)

  3. An army marches on it's stomach, so the old saying goes, but this army found even Macky D too much to stomach

  4. Well, the bible does say it's spiritual warfare and if it's ok for the sally army to be called an army and march I can't see the problem here to be honest anon.

    As for a caption James.....

....'Surely we can't need that many portions of fries!!!'

I never said I had a problem just the wording. March and Rampage are totally two different words to me. Rampage is associated with violence and should never be used with the word holy. Put them together and you get holy violence. Look it up in the dictionary. I think I am right to question such phrases looking back in to the history of Christianity.

  6. Interesting concept that 'holy violence'..but wouldn't you say that spiritual warfare is/can be spiritualy violent? its a spiritual war not a physical one isn't it?

  7. we can get too hung up on wording
what we were and are doing is declaring the Gospel and demonstrating a reality that most people are blind too

    as for the caption
burger king are doing buy one get one free
less strain on the common purse

  9. Hmm...anonymous, just a query
So Jesus was meek and mild?
No. Need I remind you of the incident at the temple where he drove out the money changers with a chord of whips?
He was descirbed as just a lamb? What about the lion of Judah?

So what exactly is a Cult? Well, it is defined in esscence as dangerous. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but I hardly think displaying faith could be considered dangerous, could it now?
